Oysho Order Arrived With a Missing Item
I placed order No. 60069060679 on Oysho's website on June 25, 2026, and it was delivered to me on July 2, 2026. Although my order was supposed to contain seven items, the package only included six. My high-waisted green leggings were missing from the shipment.
I contacted customer service immediately to report the missing item. However, instead of investigating the issue by reviewing warehouse records or security camera footage, I was simply told that the item had been delivered and that no further action would be taken. I believe my concern was dismissed without a proper investigation, leaving me to bear the consequences of an error that was not my fault.
I request a full refund for the missing high-waisted green leggings that were never included in my package. I also ask Oysho to thoroughly investigate this incident and improve its packing and quality control procedures to help prevent other customers from experiencing missing items in future orders.
