Oysho Denied My Return for a Faulty Jacket With White Marks on the Sleeves

I received a faulty product from Oysho with white marks on its sleeves and was denied a return. In the same shipment, which I ordered online for delivery to one of their Istanbul locations, there were two inner layer tops with security alarms still attached. At least I was able to return those, but I could not return the jacket. Oysho claimed that the jacket was resistant down to ten degrees Celsius, but that is not possible with such a wide neck. I tried on the clothing but never wore or washed it. The return was denied on the grounds that the product was not resellable. Of course, it is not sellable. It is a faulty product.
