Lee Cooper Refused to Refund Despite Extreme Dissatisfaction

I bought a jacket that was supposed to be waterproof but had very poor zipper quality. However, who knows if the jacket is truly waterproof? Naturally, the first time I wore it was on a rainy day, and I immediately regretted it. I hoped the zipper issue would go away, but it didn't. I struggled until I managed to open it to take something out of the inside pocket. I requested a refund. You can't wear a waterproof coat in Ankara when its zippers keep getting stuck, rendering it unwearable anywhere. They rejected my return request, stating there was no factory defect. It's frustrating to be dissatisfied with a supposedly flawless factory-made coat. I've been without a coat in a place like Ankara for two weeks, and I can't go home for the holidays without one. Naturally, I don't have enough money to buy a new one. I can't go out comfortably because of a coat, and my vacation plans are delayed. The 50 minutes I lost while waiting, being told I was the first in line at the customer service desk, is another story. There has been no response to the email I sent. I've returned the product again and am waiting once more.

The feedback was given today. My sent email was viewed late. They immediately contacted me via a call. I was offered a product exchange/return option. Thank you...

Thanks for your helping.
