Oysho Online Order Return Failed — Invalid Code, No Customer Support
On November 5, 2025, I purchased the “Aerogelli Fellex Water-Repellent Long Puffer Jacket” from Oysho’s online store. When the product arrived, it was much thinner than it appeared in the images, and not nearly as padded as described. Because of this, I immediately initiated a return on the same day.
However, when I went to the DHL branch to return the item using the return code provided by Oysho, I was told that the code was invalid, and they refused to accept the package. Since then, I’ve tried contacting Oysho’s customer service via live chat multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. As a result, the product is still with me, and I cannot complete the return.
My order number is 5420****5800, and I paid ₺3,990 with my bank card. I have followed all return policies and timelines correctly, and no restrictions were mentioned beforehand. However, due to the invalid return code and lack of customer support, I’ve been left without a resolution.
I request a valid return code to complete the process and a full refund of ₺3,990, as I have complied with all return requirements.
