I Bought a Columbia Jacket and Got Sweat Stains in 20 Days—No Refund Offered

I bought a Columbia jacket from the Forum İstanbul store in Istanbul, and within just 20 days, noticeable sweat stains started to appear under the arms. I returned it to the store expecting a refund or at least a proper solution, but they outright refused to take it back, claiming it wasn’t eligible for return.

This is unacceptable for a brand like Columbia. I paid a premium for what I thought was a high-quality product, yet they clearly don’t stand behind what they sell. The jacket hasn’t even been sent back to me yet, but once it arrives, I will share the photos on social media so others can see the quality for themselves.

Columbia, you’ve lost a loyal customer. I will never shop from you again unless you resolve this issue and issue a refund. Stand behind your products like a reputable brand should.
