Lee Cooper Refused to Refund Despite Extreme Dissatisfaction


A few months ago, I bought a jacket from Oysho for ₺4000, expecting high quality. It was advertised as waterproof, windproof, and protective in freezing temperatures, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.
The jacket does not keep me warm, does not repel rain, and even the zipper gets stuck constantly. It’s nowhere near the quality I was promised. I know that if I go to the store, no one will take responsibility, and they’ll just pass me from one person to another.
I demand a full refund—this product does not match its description. Oysho needs to stand behind its products and allow customers to return faulty items without hassle!
