Otelz.com Reservation at No57 Suit Otel – Unsafe Conditions

I made a reservation for No57 Suit Otel (Sinop) through Otelz.com for October 15. On the day of check-in, we repeatedly called the hotel but kept getting "the number you are trying to reach is unavailable." We contacted Otelz.com, and they advised us to send an email, which also went unanswered.

When we arrived at the hotel around 7:15 PM, there was no one at the reception. We rang the bell, waited, and eventually someone arrived. The hotel was completely empty—no other guests or staff—making it feel unsafe. We told them we couldn’t stay under such conditions and left.

Despite informing them of the situation, the hotel refused to cancel our reservation, and we were charged ₺4365. I’m demanding a full refund for this unacceptable experience and unsafe environment.
