I made a hotel reservation through Otelz.com six months ago and paid a partial amount upfront. The check-in date is set for July 5, but when I recently contacted the hotel directly to confirm my stay, I was informed that their partnership with Otelz.com has ended and they would not be accepting my reservation.
Since then, I’ve been trying to reach someone from Otelz for over a week—with zero results. Every time I call, I’m told that “a representative will contact you,” but no one ever does. I keep getting the same scripted response, and nothing is being done. They’re not canceling the reservation, not offering an alternative, and not processing a refund.
Meanwhile, the same hotel now costs ₺30,000—up from the ₺12,000 I originally booked it for. I’m not even asking for compensation. I just want my reservation canceled and my payment refunded. That’s it. But they won’t even do that.
This level of irresponsibility is infuriating. Otelz has left me stuck in limbo just days before my travel date, with no confirmation, no support, and no solution. My reservation number is 5404002.
I’m urgently requesting that my reservation be canceled immediately and the funds refunded. Otelz, you need to take responsibility for your failed service and communicate with your customers like a legitimate platform. I expect action now.
