My Holiday Was Ruined and I Still Have Not Been Refunded

I purchased an 8-day, 7-night holiday with Otelz at the end of September, including an airport transfer, under reservation number 5408996. The payment was deducted directly from my bank account. A few days later, I received a call from the hotel stating that the money had not been transferred. I contacted Otelz and was informed how quickly the money would be transferred to the hotel. Over the next few months, I confirmed that the money had been paid to the hotel perhaps 50 times. When my wife and two young children landed at Dalaman Airport at the end of June, I saw that there was no transfer available, so I called and was informed that the transfer had been canceled. I paid ₺2,500 for the transfer to avoid any inconvenience for my family. When we arrived at the hotel, I was denied entry because the money had not been transferred. Unfortunately, they did not pay my money back to the hotel for almost eight months. Despite phone calls to the hotel, they claimed they could not reach them, and I even provided the mobile numbers of the hotel owner and manager, and they still refused to deposit the money. Every time I called, they said they would call me back in 10 minutes, but they never called back and just waved me off. I stayed at the park with my wife and two small children until 18:00 in the evening. In the call made on 30.06.2025, I asked for my reservation to be canceled and my money to be refunded immediately. We barely went to another hotel and stayed there. Although the 14-day legal period expired on 14.07.2025, they did not process the cancellation on 30.06.2025. The cancellation was made on 14.07.2025. In the call I just made, they informed me that my money would be refunded within 14 days, based on 14.07.2025. In total, it has been 9 months and my grievance has still not been resolved by the company. If they do not refund my money within this week, I will file a lawsuit against the company for both the transfer fee and the hotel reservation.
