Otelz.com Cancelled My Confirmed Booking Weeks Later Claiming Price Error

I booked a hotel through Otelz.com and received an official confirmation email shortly after. Everything seemed fine—until weeks later, they suddenly called me to cancel the reservation, saying the price was listed incorrectly and that it "shouldn't have been that low." According to them, I should’ve noticed it was too cheap myself. That’s absurd.
We had planned our entire trip around this booking, including transportation and activities before and after. They canceled it last minute, leaving us with no alternatives, as most hotels in the area were fully booked. Their only "solution" was a ₺3% discount at a downgraded location that didn’t remotely compare to our original booking.
This is an unethical business practice. They confirmed my booking, then backed out hoping to resell the room at a higher price, leaving us stranded. It’s especially frustrating since I’ve read other reports about Otelz not paying hotels, which leads to customers being caught in the middle.
What’s worse is that they responded to my complaint on Şikayetvar with a generic reply, claiming someone would contact me. No one did. I will continue to file complaints and escalate this issue until they make it right. I demand either the original booking be honored or a full refund along with compensation for the inconvenience.
