My Free Fire Account Wrongfully Banned

I am a Free Fire player and my account with UID 261245357 and nickname “MR HARAMI” has been permanently suspended. On 26/12/2023 I received an in‑game message stating “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended.” Since then I have not been able to access my account. I have never used any hacks, cheats or illegal modifications, and I have not done anything against the game rules knowingly. I also did not engage in any abnormal activity on my account before the ban. I believe this suspension is a mistake and I kindly request a detailed explanation of the reason for this ban and a recheck of my account. I have invested a lot of time and effort in this account and want to continue playing fairly. I request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible and that the permanent suspension on my UID 261245357 be removed so that I can get my account back if no real violation is found.
