Complaint About Hack Of My FF ID

I have been playing Garena Free Fire on the India server on my Android phone for many years, and two of my Free Fire IDs were recently hacked and taken over by someone else. I am writing because I have effectively lost access to both accounts and I am requesting compensation for the loss. The first Free Fire ID was created around 7 years ago and was hacked about a month ago. The second ID was hacked on 24 October. In one of these accounts, the Facebook login is still visible on my phone, but I cannot open it because the hacker has changed the password. I have a screenshot of this logged-in account, but I am completely unable to access the ID or use it in the game. Due to these hacks I lost both IDs that I had been using to play Free Fire, together with all the progress and value accumulated on them over time. I did not share my password with anyone and I only played on my Android phone. I have not yet contacted Garena support before this complaint. I request that Garena investigates these hacked accounts, helps to resolve the issue, and provides fair compensation for the loss of my Free Fire IDs and everything linked to them.
