Quality Control and Customer Service Issues with My Omix 500

I bought an Omix 500 phone six months ago, but I'm not happy with it. I noticed recently that the battery had gotten bigger, so I had to take it to the service center to get it fixed. But things went from bad to worse after that. When I got my device back from the service center today, I was surprised to find that the screen was bent and not in the right place on the case. Even the screen had a little break. There's no need to say that the phone can't be used. Now I have to send the phone back to the service center again, which is very inconvenient and frustrating. I want the company to send me a new Omix 500 phone that works perfectly as soon as possible. A company that says it makes reliable and high-quality devices should have better quality control and better customer service. I want people who want to buy an Omix 500 phone to think twice before doing so.
