I've never come across a phone as unreliable as my Omix. Not long after I bought it, the camera quality went downhill, and other features began acting up. The phone keeps getting super hot and now it just turns on and off on its own. I sent it to the service centre since it's under warranty, hoping they'll fix it right. Even though I was told the phone was fixed, it came back with the same issues. The problems keep happening, and there's no real change, which makes the device almost impossible to use. I thought I was getting something that would last, but now I’m left with a device that can’t even do the simplest tasks. This experience has made me wonder about how good and dependable Omix products are, along with their customer service.
