I recently purchased the X600 Omix phone, excited to try out a new brand. However, within a week of using the phone, it became apparent that the product was faulty and plagued with problems. I reached out to the customer service to report the issues and was told to send in the phone for repair. After waiting for a month, I received the phone back from the service only to find that the problems persisted. The phone was simply reformatted and returned to me, which was unacceptable. I am unhappy with the service provided by Omix and the unresponsive nature of the company. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, and my consumer rights have been violated. I will not hesitate to spread the word about this injustice and take legal action if necessary. I demand a resolution to this issue and a functioning phone as soon as possible.
We sent the phone to the service again, and the phone came back to me with the same issues. In other words, a company like yours has taken advantage of thousands of people, but everything will find its justice. The problem should be resolved; I am still experiencing the same grievance, and I will file a complaint. I will not let anyone else go through the problems I have experienced.
