Omix X600 Keeps Breaking Down and Needs Replacement After Multiple Repairs
I bought the Omix X600 six months ago, and it has already needed repairs twice. I'm fed up with this ongoing inconvenience. The phone randomly powers down and takes around 10 minutes to respond, almost as if the power button is unresponsive. Upon returning from the first repair, it functioned briefly before failing again, and the camera's performance has been subpar from the beginning. This ongoing pattern of repairs and issues has made me feel disappointed. I look forward to having the device picked up from my home and replaced with a new, functional one at the earliest opportunity. I trust the company will step up and address this issue promptly.
