I purchased two separate flight tickets through O Bilet, and I am currently experiencing serious refund issues with both.
One of the tickets is a Dubai–Istanbul flight with Azerbaijan Airlines, with PNR number G71RH8, and the other is a Royal Jordanian ticket for the March 16, 2026 flight at 10:45 p.m., with PNR number G7DQWN. On March 17, I received a notification stating that my Royal Jordanian ticket had been canceled and that a refund of $750 would be issued. The amount for my other ticket is $512. Both tickets were purchased using my credit card.
After receiving the cancellation and refund notifications, I contacted the O Bilet call center and was informed that the refund would be reflected on my credit card within a maximum of 20 days. I first called them about three weeks ago and then again about ten days ago to follow up.
However, the 20-day period they specified has long passed. My credit card due date is today, and despite this, neither the $750 refund for the Royal Jordanian ticket nor the $512 refund for the Azerbaijan Airlines ticket has been processed. Both charges have appeared on my credit card statement, and I have had to pay this amount out of my own pocket.
The fact that O Bilet has still not completed the refund despite the promised timeframe has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
I request that the amounts of $750 and $512 be immediately refunded to my credit card in full, without any deductions. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why this process has been delayed for such a long time.
