I purchased a round-trip ticket through Wingie under the booking number 8GDSJY with Royal Jordanian Airlines. The problem is with my return flight, which was cancelled multiple times, including on 6 April and 8 April, and this has caused me serious inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans. For this round-trip ticket, the total amount I paid was 2,052.36 QAR. After the cancellations of the return flight, I contacted Royal Jordanian customer service and they informed me that I have to contact the seller of the ticket for any refund process. As the seller in this case is Wingie, I am reaching out through this complaint. Since the return flight was repeatedly cancelled and I did not receive this part of the service I paid for, I kindly request a refund of the fare for the return flight portion of my ticket to my original payment method as soon as possible.
