On January 8, 2025, I searched for Ankara-Jeddah flights on the Skyscanner app and was directed to Tickets.com.tr, where I purchased two tickets for ₺5464.98. A few hours later, I received an email stating:
"Thank you for booking with reference number 5M9117GM. Unfortunately, the airline has removed the reserved seats. Despite our agents' efforts, no seats are available in the same class."
I immediately requested a refund and was informed that the refund process had been initiated and would be credited to my card within 1-2 business days. However, after two days, I contacted my bank, only to learn that no refund request had been initiated by the company.
For the past 3-4 days, I’ve been calling Tickets.com.tr’s customer service, and each time, they assure me the refund will be processed “today,” yet nothing has been received.
I demand that Tickets.com.tr resolve this issue immediately, process my refund without further delay, and provide clear communication about the status. This unprofessional behavior and lack of transparency are unacceptable.
