I Face Missing Flight and Refund From Azel Airlines After Skyscanner Booking

On October 3, 2025, I purchased a ticket for the Ankara–Baku flight operated by Azel Airlines through the Skyscanner app. My reservation number was SQERB29J, and I paid ₺8,356 for the ticket. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that my ticket had been canceled without any prior notice or explanation.

When I contacted Azel Airlines, I was told that my ticket did not appear in their system and no solution was offered to resolve the situation.

To continue my travel plans, I had no choice but to purchase a new connecting flight on the same day for ₺21,600, which was significantly more expensive and took much longer. This caused me serious financial loss and emotional distress.

It is completely unacceptable that I received no notification, explanation, or assistance throughout this process. I request a full refund of the ₺8,356 I paid for the canceled ticket and an official statement clarifying how such a situation occurred.
