Wingie Booking Payment Issue

I recently booked flight tickets for two passengers with Air Arabia through the Wingie booking website from Istanbul to Cairo for the travel date 02/05/2026. The reservation and payment were completed yesterday, and a total amount of ₺13,270 was charged from me for these two tickets. Despite the payment being successfully taken, I have not received any travel tickets or e-ticket information by email or message until now. There is also no clear ticket information appearing for me, and this situation is causing me serious concern since the travel date is approaching. I contacted the customer service of the booking website and was told that the tickets would be sent, but even after this assurance, nothing has arrived so far. I am not receiving any clear explanation or solution about the delay in issuing or sending the tickets. I request that my booking be urgently reviewed, that my flight tickets for the Air Arabia flight from Istanbul to Cairo on 02/05/2026 be issued and sent to me without further delay, or, if this is not possible, that a full refund of the money I paid be processed immediately. I kindly ask this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for me to be informed in writing.
