Skyscanner Double Flight Cancellations



Hello everyone, I purchased a ticket through Gotogate, a partner of Skyscanner, for ₺75,000. Shortly after, I was informed that the ticket had been canceled. I can't fathom the reason behind it. Immediately, we made another attempt to book and successfully secured another ticket via Mytrip.com, this time for ₺71,000. But you know what? Unfortunately, the second ticket was also canceled, but this time it happened just an hour later. Currently, we have no information regarding the status of our ₺140,000. We are unsure about the procedures for canceling and receiving refunds. We need to book a ticket as soon as possible, but unfortunately, we are unable to do so at the moment. We find ourselves in a dire situation, feeling completely helpless.
