Nuxe Skincare Products Worsened My Skin – Need Refund for Unsuitable Items
Recently, I visited a pharmacy and consulted with a beauty expert who recommended several Nuxe skincare products after I explained my skin concerns in detail. Trusting their advice, I purchased multiple items, assured that they would be completely suitable for my skin and would not cause any issues.
However, after using the products, I noticed my comedones worsening instead of improving. This was alarming, so I decided to check the ingredient lists. To my shock, I discovered that only two out of the many products I was sold are actually suitable for my skin type—the rest contain ingredients that do not align with my needs.
Given the high price I paid for these products and the fact that I was misled by the expert’s recommendations, I would like to return the unsuitable items and receive a refund. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I expect Nuxe to take responsibility for ensuring its representatives provide accurate and personalized advice. Please provide a solution to this issue as soon as possible.
