I purchased an Essence product based on a Gratis employee’s recommendation, as they highly praised it. However, after using it for just three days, my face broke out badly. I haven’t had this many pimples since my teenage years!
I trusted this product, spent my money on it, and expected good results, but instead, it has severely irritated my skin. Now, I feel extremely uncomfortable and frustrated. This is not acceptable, and I demand that Essence address this issue immediately.
