I Experienced Swelling and Irritation from Ducray Dexyane Med Palpebral Eye Cream

I purchased Ducray Dexyane Med Palpebral from a pharmacy to treat atopic eyelid eczema. It’s a tiny but very expensive cream, and I had high hopes given the brand and the price. However, after using it as directed, I experienced severe side effects—including swelling, redness, flaking, and even wrinkles around my eyes. Instead of soothing the area, the product worsened my condition.
I feel extremely disappointed and regret spending so much on something that harmed my skin. For a product marketed specifically for sensitive areas like the eyelids, these reactions are unacceptable.
I strongly urge Ducray to re-evaluate this formula and investigate potential allergens or irritants in this product. Items that negatively impact users' health like this should not be on the market. I expect a response and resolution.

I have had exactly the same severe reaction. Very expensive product. Did you get any answers?
