Nuxe Serum Expired Too Soon & Defective Applicator

I purchased a Nuxe serum, and upon checking the barcode for production details, I discovered that it was manufactured in 2023. However, the product's shelf life is only 18 months, meaning it has either already expired or is close to expiring.
Considering the high price of this product, I expect it to be fresh and of high quality. It’s frustrating to think that just because it's cheaper than buying from a pharmacy, I might have received an expired or nearly expired item.
Additionally, the serum applicator does not function properly—it fails to draw in the product, requiring constant pressing. This raises further concerns about its authenticity and usability.
I demand an immediate resolution, whether through a replacement with a fresh, working product or a full refund. Selling expired or defective skincare products is unacceptable, and I expect Nuxe or the seller to take responsibility.
