L’Occitane Moisturizer Caused Allergy and Did Not Absorb Properly
I purchased a moisturizer from L’Occitane, and after experiencing an allergic reaction, the product was exchanged last year. Since I was using another brand at the time, I didn’t try the replacement product until recently. However, upon using it, I noticed that the cream doesn’t absorb properly. Even hours after application, it transfers onto my hands when I touch my face.
This is disappointing, especially since I trusted L’Occitane’s quality. I expect assistance in resolving this issue, whether it’s a replacement with a more suitable product or another solution.
