I recently placed an order worth over ₺9,000 through Sachane’s website, but my experience with the products I received has been extremely disappointing.
The Nuxe product had leaked inside the packaging, and its scent was completely different from the one I had used before, raising serious concerns about its quality.
The Caudalie product arrived with dust inside the package, which made me question its authenticity and storage conditions.
The Vichy roll-on came with a dirty and worn-out label, as if it had been handled for days before being shipped.
Considering the premium brands and the high amount I spent, this experience is unacceptable. I expected properly packaged, authentic, and fresh products, not items that look used, damaged, or potentially counterfeit.
I am requesting that Sachane address this issue immediately, provide clarification on product authenticity, and arrange either replacements or a full refund for the defective items. As a customer, I deserve both quality assurance and transparency when making purchases of this value.
