We used NovaKid during the summer, but due to school and other reasons, we no longer wish to continue. For several days, I’ve been trying to reach out to cancel the subscription, but there’s been no response. Meanwhile, I keep receiving automated messages about charges being deducted without my approval.
Despite my efforts to cancel, the system applies fees automatically, and there’s no clear way to stop it. When I attempt to resolve this, no one responds to my inquiries. This lack of support is unacceptable. I expect NovaKid to promptly assist with canceling my subscription and ensure no further charges are applied without my consent. Immediate resolution is needed.
