Touche Prive Refund Not Paid After 7 Months Despite Approved Return

I purchased a dress from the Touche Prive official website with order number #777453. The product was delivered to me on 21.05.2025, and I returned it on 26.05.2025 in accordance with the return conditions. I was informed that the refund would be made to my credit card, but despite all this time, the refund has still not been deposited. It has now been 7 months since I returned the dress. During this period I have not been able to reach Touche Prive through any channel; phone calls are not answered and I cannot find any authorized person to speak with. Not being able to reach anyone and not receiving my refund for months is causing serious victimization. Because I could not get any response from the company, I also applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and a decision was made in my favor stating that the refund must be paid. Despite this decision, Touche Prive has still not made the payment, continues its sales, and in this way continues to victimize consumers. I request that my refund for order #777453 be immediately deposited to my credit card without any further delay, and that the decision of the Consumer Arbitration Committee be fully implemented and that I be informed in writing about the completion of the process.
