When I signed up for Novakid, it was advertised that I could cancel anytime for free. However, now I’m unable to cancel my subscription at all. Despite my dissatisfaction with the program and its lack of benefits for my child, the platform continues to charge my card without providing a way to stop the service.
I chose Novakid specifically because of the promised free cancellation option, but that feature seems non-existent. This is misleading and extremely frustrating. I urgently request that Novakid honors its cancellation policy, stops charging my card, and processes the cancellation immediately. Parents deserve transparency and the ability to opt-out when the service doesn’t meet their expectations. Please resolve this issue promptly.
