I own a Samsung DV90TA240AX/AX dryer located in Ödemiş, İzmir, and since 4 October 2025 I have been experiencing a serious malfunction. The machine gives a 3C motor error during use and then stops working completely, so I cannot use the dryer at all. During this period, Samsung authorized technical service has come to my house about four times, but despite all these visits the problem has not been solved. It has been almost three months and there is still no definitive solution, and recently they have stopped taking any new action regarding my device. Since the dryer still does not work and the service could not repair it despite repeated attempts, I request a refund for the product instead of another repair attempt. I kindly ask this process to be handled urgently and that my refund request be finalized as soon as possible.
