Novakid Keeps Charging Me Monthly and Won’t Let Me Cancel My Membership

I created a membership on Novakid for my daughter, but she no longer wants to continue with the lessons. Despite this, I’m unable to cancel the subscription. Every month, my card is charged automatically, and there’s no clear way to stop the recurring payments. It feels like we’re being forced to stay subscribed against our will.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of customer support—there’s no phone number to call, and reaching a real person is nearly impossible. I’ve tried everything to cancel, but the platform makes it incredibly difficult on purpose.

I demand that my membership be canceled immediately and that the most recent payment be refunded. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with Consumer Protection and begin legal action. Novakid, you cannot continue charging people for services they no longer use without giving them the option to opt out.
