On April 9, 2025, I booked a round-trip flight from Istanbul to Doha through a company called Mytrip. Right after purchasing, I noticed they had overcharged me significantly. I canceled the booking within 24 hours—well within their cancellation window. The total cost was around ₺14,000, yet they only refunded me about ₺3,000 for one ticket and kept the rest.
It’s now June 10, 2025, and I’ve called their customer service countless times. I’ve even ended up speaking to the same agent multiple times. They keep blaming Pegasus Airlines, saying the airline didn’t refund them—but Pegasus confirmed to me directly that the refund was completed, including the date, card details, and even the email it was sent to.
Despite this, Mytrip still hasn’t transferred my money. Their customer service is not only useless but also extremely rude. I was scolded for insisting on my rightful refund, as if I were doing something wrong by asking for my own money. Pegasus can’t give me an invoice since I booked through Mytrip, which means I can’t even file a formal complaint with the consumer board.
To make matters worse, Mytrip previously held my refund for over 10 days due to their own internal account restrictions. I demand immediate resolution and my full refund. No company has the right to treat customers like this or keep their money without cause.
