I downloaded the Mental Impulse brain training program on my Android device from the Google Play Store as a trial version. Even though the app clearly stated that it offered a 3-day free trial, $5 was charged to my account immediately at 1:49 PM on October 17, 2025, as soon as the subscription was started.
After this happened, I sent feedback through the app, but I did not receive any response. I absolutely do not accept being charged before the trial period ends. I request that the charge be refunded and that my subscription be canceled.
