Mytrip Booking Fiasco - I request Refund on Non-existent Gaziantep-Izmir Flight

On 07/07/2024, I made a flight ticket reservation through Mytrip company via Skyscanner for a Gaziantep-Izmir flight. I paid 2100 TL with my credit card. I received an email from the company to my email address stating that the reservation was made but the ticketing might take some time, possibly between 1 to 5 hours. However, despite 5 days passing, the ticketing hasn't been done. I called the airline, and they said there's no such flight for me. When I try to call the company (Mytrip), there's no one to address my issue. I filed a dispute with the bank, and they responded saying it could take between 30 to 120 days to resolve.
