I Can’t Get ₺8,000 Refund from MyTrip After Ticket Cancellation for 3 Months

I’ve been trying to get my ₺8,000 refund from MyTrip for the past 3 months, and they’ve done nothing but give me excuse after excuse. On April 23, I contacted them to cancel a flight that was scheduled for July 18. Instead of handling it directly, they told me I had to contact the airline first to request the cancellation. I did that immediately, and the airline processed the cancellation within a single day.

Since then, I’ve reached out to MyTrip multiple times to follow up. But not only was my ticket never canceled on their end, I also never received my refund. They kept dragging the situation out so long that the flight date passed—and now the ticket is unusable. And of course, they claim they can’t help anymore.

I feel completely scammed. This is a large company, and I can’t understand why they refuse to return my ₺8,000. I will never use their services again and strongly advise others to avoid them too. I demand an immediate refund for the canceled ticket. No more delays.
