On December 16, 2025, at 8:58 PM, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from the Burger King branch in central Mersin, paying approximately $17 online. However, even though the order was never delivered to me, the system shows it as “delivered successfully.”
My order number is #UE8t-g4mg. When the courier called me, I explained that the address shown in the system was an old and no longer used location, and that the address was not clearly visible. The courier responded with an attitude of “you come and pick it up,” and did not deliver the order. Despite this, both Burger King and Yemeksepeti claim that the order was delivered.
I called customer service four times, and each time I was told that they had spoken with the restaurant and that the system shows the order as successfully delivered. However, I never received this order, no courier came to my door, and I did not consume any of the items.
I request that both Burger King and Yemeksepeti refund the approximately $17 I paid for this undelivered order, and that this incorrect “delivered” status be corrected in the system.
