Burger King Forgot Both Paid and Basic Sauces in Delivery

On December 15, 2025, at around 8:50 PM, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from the Burger King branch located in Bolu 14 Burda Mall, and the order was delivered at 9:33 PM. However, the extra ranch sauce and barbecue sauce I paid for ($0 total) were not included at all. In addition, the ketchup and mayonnaise, which should normally be included in the boxes, were also missing from my order.

The exact same issue happened again with a second order I placed from the same branch. The first time this happened, I did not file a complaint, but since the same mistake was repeated, I feel compelled to report it now. Failing to include both paid extras and even basic sauces reflects serious carelessness and negatively affects customer satisfaction.

I request a refund of the $0 charged for the extra sauces. If this branch does not have these sauces in stock, I also ask that these items be removed or updated in the app, so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
