Mytrip Unwanted Flight Changes and Refund Runaround Problem

I purchased round-trip tickets from Dubai to Izmir and back. Unfortunately, Mytrip changed both the date and arrival airport of my flight. They moved my June 8th ticket to a different date and changed the arrival to Ankara. If I had wanted to go to Ankara, I would have booked a ticket there in the first place! This is absurd. I want to cancel the ticket, but they persistently refuse to cancel it or refund my money. Every time I contact them, they give me a different excuse. They tell me to call, then when I do, they say to do it online. When I email, they say to wait a few days. Weeks have passed! Mytrip is a regret. When booking directly with airlines, we at least have the option to change or cancel. This is unacceptable!
