I Still Haven’t Received My Refund from Mytrip for Canceled THY Flight on February 22

I booked a Turkish Airlines flight through Mytrip that was scheduled for February 22. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled by the airline, and Turkish Airlines confirmed the very next day that they had refunded the full amount to Mytrip.

Since then, I've been trying to get my money back from Mytrip, but they’ve done absolutely nothing. I called their customer service twice, and each time I was told the payment is being held. When I asked why, they said there was no reason—just that the refund was “pending.”

It’s been weeks, and there's still no progress, no timeline, and no transparency. Turkish Airlines fulfilled their responsibility, but Mytrip refuses to release the funds they received. I’m extremely disappointed in how unprofessional and careless this company has been.
