I purchased a flexible ticket for a one-stop flight from Denpasar to Istanbul on March 18th. However, my journey has been marred by delays, cancellations, and a lack of support from Mytrip. My initial flight was delayed by two hours, causing significant disruption to my travel plans. To top it off, the flight has now been canceled altogether. Mytrip has failed to provide a refund or offer any alternative arrangements.
I paid an additional ₺100 for the flexibility of a changeable ticket, yet this has proven to be useless. When I contacted customer service, they initially failed to acknowledge my flexible ticket status, further delaying the resolution process.
Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, Mytrip has been unresponsive to my emails and has even tried calling my Turkish phone number, which is currently out of service. This blatant disregard for my communication preferences and the urgency of the situation is unacceptable.
As the days pass, ticket prices are increasing, leaving me with limited options and facing financial losses. Mytrip's inaction and poor customer service have left me stranded and frustrated. I will never again utilize Mytrip for any travel bookings.
