Mytrip Bali Flight Refund Complaint

I made a reservation for a flight from Istanbul to Denpasar Bali with a departure date of May 27th and a return date of June 10th. I booked this ticket back in February through Mytrip and paid a total of ₺50,587. Afterward, the airline let me know that they would be pulling out of Turkey in April, and I got a refund of ₺43,183.89. Unfortunately, the rest of my money has not been returned. It appears that they are withholding our money without any clear reason, as mentioned in the email: "Additional products such as insurance, seats, and baggage may not be refunded." I did not buy any service like that. I would like a complete refund of my money. Regrettably, I am unable to spend money frivolously as a result of individuals canceling without reason.
