I purchased a ticket for a flight from Istanbul to Tokyo on June 29th, with a single stopover in Kuala Lumpur. However, Batik Air has unilaterally canceled the Istanbul-Kuala Lumpur leg of the journey, leaving me stranded and unable to proceed to my final destination. This cancellation has caused immense inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. The remaining flight is scheduled to depart before I can possibly reach Kuala Lumpur, rendering it completely useless. I demand a full refund and compensation for the distress and financial hardship this situation has caused.
It's appalling that Batik Air has failed to consider the impact of this cancellation on passengers like myself. They have essentially rendered our tickets worthless, leaving us to bear the brunt of their irresponsible actions.
Furthermore, I have been unable to reach Mytrip, the travel agency through which I purchased the ticket, to seek assistance. Their lack of responsiveness has only compounded my frustration and left me feeling utterly helpless.
