Disappointing Ultra-All-Inclusive Experience at My Home Resort Hotel Booked Through ETS

We never expected the hotel that ETS highly recommended to be this bad. From the start, the parking attendant was rude, refusing to let us park in an empty spot and forcing us outside. The food was poorly prepared, and foreign guests were clearly prioritized over Turkish guests. At the hammam, despite having our own bath items, the staff rudely treated us as if we were stealing. The alcoholic drinks barely tasted like alcohol, daily activities were poorly organized, and even though the package was Ultra-All-Inclusive, extras like shisha and certain drinks were charged. It feels humiliating to pay for this kind of service. We will never choose ETS again. I urge others to think twice before booking here.
