Poor Service from eDreams Car Rental at Esenboğa Airport—Requesting Refund for Cancellation
We rented a car through eDreams, and today my husband went to pick it up at Esenboğa Airport. However, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. They said they couldn’t find the reservation in the system, and one staff member even said, "I don’t understand; let another employee check." My husband waited for almost an hour, and since no one assisted him, he decided to cancel the reservation. He was told to cancel it via email. Thankfully, a friend was able to pick him up; otherwise, he would have had to take a taxi or bus back to Çankaya from the airport. We have never encountered such an incompetent staff team, especially after renting cars from various other companies. I am requesting a refund for the cancellation due to this extremely poor service. Please address this issue promptly.
