ETS Tur Left Me Stranded at a Hotel That Did Not Match the Reservation Promises
I made a reservation through ETS Tur and arrived at the hotel, only to find that none of the promised services were actually provided. I contacted ETS immediately, but they stalled me for 1–2 hours. I shared all the issues I experienced along with photos I took directly with the ETS staff at the hotel. Eventually, one employee came over and said he would help the next day, then left saying his shift was over and his shuttle had arrived—leaving me completely helpless. When I called the customer service line, they kept saying that the staff at the hotel would assist me. But I explained that the person had already left and offered no solution whatsoever. Their customer service seems built on avoiding responsibility and leaving customers stranded. The hotel’s parking problem is a serious issue, the room was dirty, and in a so-called five-star hotel, they served only seven trays of main dishes. ETS’s response was, “You’re right, but there’s nothing we can do—we’ll look into it tomorrow.”
