Complete Disappointment at Orange County Alanya Family Concept: Ultra All-Inclusive Misery
We checked into the Orange County Alanya Family Concept on September 16th, and the experience has been nothing short of awful. The hotel is overcrowded, and cleanliness in the rooms is non-existent. The food is so poorly prepared that it becomes inedible—nothing is properly cooked, and the plates are dirty. There’s a nauseating smell in the dining areas and bars. The hotel is severely understaffed, there aren’t enough sunbeds, and everything feels inadequate. The alcohol options are poor, with limited variety, and the staff doesn’t even seem to know how to make basic cocktails. Not a single staff member smiles or offers helpful service. What’s advertised as an ultra all-inclusive experience is nothing more than an ultra all-inclusive disappointment.
