I purchased Mustela Stelatopia Lotion expecting a gentle, baby-safe product, but it has an overwhelming plastic-like odor that sticks to my baby’s skin. The smell is so heavy that it completely overpowers the natural baby scent. This makes me seriously question the ingredients—it doesn’t feel like a clean formula at all.
I previously used another Mustela lotion without this issue, so why does Stelatopia have this unbearable scent? The expiration date is still valid, so if it’s not expired, then is the product defective? I even tried using it myself, but the smell is intolerable.
I regret switching to this product. Mustela, I expect an explanation and a resolution!
