I bought a Mustela stick cream from a local pharmacy, expecting quality and reliability — especially given its high price for such a small-sized product. Unfortunately, after just one use, the stick mechanism completely stopped working. It no longer twists up, making it impossible to use the rest of the product.
This is incredibly disappointing. Am I supposed to throw away an expensive product after a single use? There’s no visible damage — it just won’t rotate. I’ve tried everything, but the mechanism seems completely stuck. For a brand that markets itself as premium and baby-safe, this level of product failure is unacceptable.
Mustela was a brand I trusted for all my baby’s skincare needs. But now I feel genuinely let down. I’ve been left with an unusable product and no explanation. I’m asking Mustela to either replace the faulty stick or offer a refund. I shouldn’t have to bear the cost of a product failure that wasn’t my fault. Please address this issue promptly and ensure your packaging matches the quality your brand promises.
